Lead Mgmnt - E-Commerce

OVERVIEW: Create an ecommerce website that enables customers to purchase leads and retrieve their data online by March 1, 2007. Make it easy for telemarketers, mortgage brokers and lead management personnel to manage the flow and payments of a complete online lead fulfillment system. ## Deliverables DETAILS: Use ASP or .net with an MS SQL Database backend. The website will have 3 areas: 1. Front End for normal shoppers 2. Telemarketers Login 3. Master Admin Login Master Admin Area ----------------- This area will be located in a certain subdirectory of the main website (i.e.. /masteradmin) and will be password protected. The master admin can login using one login/pwd that is fixed into the code. They can manage all lead information including viewing a list of leads, sorting, editing, deleting, creating, etc. They can see all orders that have been placed including an order detail page showing which leads where purchased with each order. They will not see any credit card information because we are not storing any of this information for security reasons. They will be able to define different pricing levels. Each level will have a range like $0 - $10,000. They will be able to give each pricing level a name. Each lead will be assigned to one of these levels depending on their mortgage information (a simple formula). The master admin will be able to hit a button next to a lead if he wants to take it out of inventory and add it to his own account. He will have an account just like a normal shopping user. The difference is he can add leads to his account without using the shopping cart or checking out. Once the lead is taken out of inventory it cannot be added back. The master admin can define discounts based on how old a lead is. For example if leads are over x days old he can define a discount in dollars or percent off. Telemarketers Area ------------------- This area will be located in a certain subdirectory of the main website (i.e.. /telemarketer) and will be password protected. They will be able to login using one login/pwd that is fixed into the code. They will be able to add new leads using a form with up to 30 input fields. They will be able to bulk upload a list of leads using a tab delimited text file. This file will have all 30 fields on one line separated by a tab character. Each line will contain a different lead. Once the lead is entered it will be assigned to one of the pricing levels define by the master admin. Front End for Normal Shoppers ----------------------------- The front end of the website will contain a list of all leads that are available in inventory. It will be similar to a spreadsheet view where you can sort by any of the fields. We will display Equity, City, State and Price for each lead. We will show 50 records per page with a Next/Previous buttons to view more. A button will appear next to each lead to add it to the shopping basket. They may add as many leads as they want to their basket. The basket will show all the leads with a Subtotal. Once they are ready to checkout the website will enter a SSL url ([_https://yourdomain_][1]) where everything is secure and encrypted. There will be an option to Login or create an account. Each account will have an email address as the login and a password. For existing customers we will prefill their billing information on file so they don't have to enter it a second time. Below the billing address form fields we will have fields for them to enter their credit card details. After submitting the form it will be charged with authorizenet and if an error occurs we will output a short description the user so they can try again. Upon successful charge the user will see a success page showing them their order. An email will be send to the Customer as well as the Master Admin. Once the order has been placed we will take the lead out of inventory so no one else can purchase it. The Front End website will also have a Member Center area where members can login to view all their orders and view the details of each lead. Customers will be able to purchase credit (or allowance) for any amount through the shopping cart. This will mean the next time they purchase a lead the credit amount will be applied first and any remaining balance will show. 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) installed on our servcer as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
