Optimize Images In Silverlight (c#)

The functionality must specifically be created to run on the client side (c#, silverlight4). Following are the requirements: 1. Crop: show a box over the image so that the user can see which part of the image will remain after it has been cropped. There will be a text box to specify the width and a textbox to specify the height of the box. The box will be placed in the center of the image and the user can move the box around by grabbing it with the mouse. 2. Resize/scale: in other words to stretch the image 3. Optimize size(bytes): you need to set the quality of the image with a jpg/png encoder The new image must be displayed in a separate picture box. We must specifically cater for jpeg s and png s. The look and feel of the application is not incredibly important as I am only interested in the functionality. You must tell me before hand whether you would need to include special dll s in the project. You need to comment your code nicely ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
