password, login, uploader for print matierial, with autoresponder

I deal with mostly printing, photography and Flash driven sites, but I have no backend programming experience. I am launching a site where people can buy my printing services from me. I need something where a user hits “Log In Button?? and take them to a screen to **“Log-In??** or **“Create User Account??** User info would be: NAME, ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD INFO, CO. NAME, ETC. After user logs in he/she is taken to another page where they can select from a drop down menu: print amount, type of paper weight, type of item getting printed (brochure, flyer, etc.), size, finish (glossy, no gloss, etc.), Bindery (folded, scored, etc), shipping method and an uploader button to search and upload file like a zip or jpg with size constraints and hit submit. Then this takes them to a third page where the total price shows up, customers info, delivery method, pretty much confirming what they just enter previously, and then they have to accept terms and conditions by checking a box and hitting submit, and this takes them to a thank you page. And an auto responder emails them with order like a receipt. I will run credit card manually from my office; I have no need to integrate e-com. At least not yet, but open to it if recommended. I know it’s not to hard, I don’t know any programming and somewhat figured it out, but it taking to much time and I’m a designer not a programmer. So, rather than try I want to have someone do it right...=) someone please help I want to launch my site soon, because I went from graduate, to freelancer, to “fu*k it?? and try to do it like a real business. I would also like to find someone to just write and integrate into my site for me when I get a job that requires it, preferably someone who also knows flash as well. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I am on a Unix VPS server with Interland, running a Apache/1.3.22 Server. I would like it to run on on all 3.0 versions of internet explorer and netscape, aol? But if cant be done, then best possible.
