Web Based Employee Shift Planner(repost)

We are seeking someone who has done a Web based Employee Shift planner or some one who can do a clone of e.g. <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> or <[login to view URL]> etc. we want a complete and finish Emplyee Shift planner, including all planning tools ( grafical and non grafical ) SMS / Email integration. **_In short term the application should do:_** **Employee planning tool with online user access, Day and month plans, Hour calculations, E-mail receipts and SMS alerts, Online employee access, Online auction of available shifts, Validation of schedule data, Employee budget calculations, statistical view, Data export etc.** We need that kind of application to be integrated into another system, and would require a complete grafical redesign of any eaelier done application, and refining to our needs. If you have done such application or are in progress of such application, or are willing to give a bid on how to clone such application - we would appreciate any contact. We would though not provide a specific requirement specification, but would have at least the same features as in : <[login to view URL]> Web platform, developed in ASP.NET (mandatory ) language could be either: VB, C#, Java, VB Script etc. This Bid Request wil be refined when contact with a relevant bidder is established. Please State the price for your current work, Provide with screen samples or a Link to a test app. Regards Michael ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
