Website overhaul / Graphics / Logo / Existing PHP script integration

I am starting a website located at [login to view URL] It coded in php with a rather large mysql database. I currently want to do a complete overhaul of the graphics for the page, and possibly even the whole layout. There is a template that I am very fond of at [login to view URL] which is located here: <[login to view URL]> I like the theme of that template very much, and I would like my [login to view URL] site to have a similar feel to it. If needed, I can purchse this template from [login to view URL] which comes with all the flash/html/.pst source for you to play with. Of course I will discuss all the finer details with you once I choose you to work on everything. One of the things I will want is a place for people to be able to login and keep an online coupon code book that contains all of their saved coupon codes. I am looking for somebody to work with long term. You must be very skilled with graphics, and web page design and coding. I am only looking for top of the line work here, no mediocre stuff. Only apply to this project if you are extremely confident that you can provide the highest level of quality. After you are done with the main big project, which consists of creating a new layout for my web page, and creating all new graphics, then integrating them with my current script (you can modify my script if necessary), you must be willing to continue working with me in case I need more graphics made or some more code to be written. You will be placing your big here for the main work only, then when I need you for smaller optimizations and graphics in the future, I will pay you per incident. I have a lot of plans for the near future, and I would like you to be a part of it. If i forgot to mention anything important, please don't hesitate to ask. Please only bid if you have an extensive portfolio of previous works, and please do not post hourly rates. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working website with script integration and graphics/logo as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows: a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
