APP for WhatsApp autoresponse

I need a app that can interact with whatsapp. Its going to be for an Android phone that can be rooted. App should read incoming messages and do these things: 1) First check if phone number is authorized. There should be a place where I can specify which phones are going to receive auto responses. 2) There should be a place to create auto reply messages depending on which words/commands are in the whats app messages. For example if user sends the word "course 1" the app should send him a specific video/text message/audio/image. 3) It would be great if all these settings can be managed from a web admin, where I can create all these auto responses, upload videos/audios, messages, images. App should sync and download all these to the phone so this app simulates to be a person responding messages. 4) After X days history in whatsapp should be deleted, each history is going to be saved on this web platform so we can track evolution of conversations. 5) I can also create scheduled messages depending on which course toke the person. After X days the person is going to receive multiple choice whatsapp and we can track responses. In order to apply to this shop you should have create something similar before, plese send apk for testing purposes.
