I think you should move your site to A good framework like laravel . that way we can have multi language site , later you will need other language too when we move to laravel you just need to create a new lang files

It is fairly easy job to do for messages, static menus, and alerts. A bit harder to do for database content. The time depends on the complexity and the size of your website. Also, it depends on if you plan to add more languages in the future. The IP detection is no big deal....but there are better ways to do it.
