Apply the function: "Over the last [X-Y] races, we would like to find the top [Z] numbers over all the horses using the [column] as a datapoint utilizing an associative array or object or class containing all horses in the currently viewed race and their past performances." to an existing display. The display is using arrays so the function can be applied to associative array. This function should be applied to multiple (roughly 6-10) places on the page. The existing system has tabs with outputs on each div. Add a new tab/div combo with a new query similar to others and a new output similar to others. Looking for a developer or team committed to best practices to be managed by a 17 year veteran coder. Please, no newbies.

Hi ! Can you explain a bit more your project. I may not have understood the purpose. So far, I think that the PHP script (if that's a PHP) shoud return an array of Horses' past performance, to a "Display" (maybe in Ajax or on page load) and handle this result on display to show the information (maybe in jQuery or via the template language) I am used to mysql queries, php coding and jQuery scripting. I assume the technology stacks is php-mysql with javascript (jquery or other, , ajax can be used), with css (bootstrap). I am familiar with all those technology stacks. The challenge for this project is to gain knowledge / understanding of current built system. Considering the nature of this project, I propose two milestones. The first milestone is when development result is delivered on staging server. Second milestone is when final result is delivered. After the first milestone, testing, review, and finalization.
