Android webview app with push notifications

I need android webview app for my responsive mobile website [login to view URL] with push notifications like the one received from twitter and facebook (when you get new post). The notifications contents will be grabbed from remote MySQL table( consists of user Id and message). Should be WebView component based on the Chromium open source project. Requirements: Use customized logo (ready to use). Welcome screen (ready to use). Disable the zoom. We expect: Application (.apk) Project written in java. Testing phase: Comparing the app view/response to the website version oppend on chrome. Add new notifications in the MySQL table and we expect to receive notification to specific end user.
