Hello guys, I have some small works to let you guys done for me because I don't have enough time. I believe lots of you guys will interested in this small project. What you should do just make my form working! I already done on fields & database table setup. 1. This form have 3 step. Each completed step must be save. Once successfully saved into database it will redirect to another step. 2. Do some tweaks to make a dynamic form to works as attached Jpeg. This 2 step of form will save data into multiple table. But remember to maintain 1st step form ID so that form data not broken when i need all related data came out to show as a summary. (it similar to invoicing). 3. Make all fields store into a proper column 4. Restrict upload files only for pdf,jpeg, png, doc,docx. 5. using PDO. 6. please add google maps like in the attachment so that applicant can drag and pin the marker on the proper location. While form will capture the lat,long,zoom level etc related to maps. Fill free to bid.
