I am looking for a website with the following functions: -Upload of PDF or JPG with their OCR recognition -Compares the text in the PDF (or JPG) with predefined text modules -if the text blocks are aligned, the text in the PDF must be highlighted and evaluated The documents must be deleted automatically after checking. The predefined text modules must always be modifiable by me. Example: I upload a recipe as PDF. The text is recognized by OCR (German). As a predefined text block is "much salt" and this is defined as "harmful". The user should then get the note that much sals is harmful :-). I look forward to the cooperation
