Hey this is a really good idea! Are you only going to be publishing this in AUS or also in USA? I think this idea will actually work in the northern states of US. Also, would this be a Web only platform? I think an idea such as this will work better if it was mobile only simply because Geo location does matter in an idea such as this and browsers do not provide accurate data. Using the web just as a visualizer would serve better. My recommendation comes after reading your documentation and I am simply trying to figure out a way to take less manual input from the end user so that the process becomes simple and public adopts to this idea easily.
