Build a simple PHP Platform for youtube videos

Howdy Freelancers, * Please Read Carefully and View Attached Images Before Bidding. I want to build a simple PHP platform with only 5 pages including the homepage it's going to be playing videos from YouTube through a customized interface. Important Features :- 1 . Playlists pages should be SEO optimized with Title, clean url and Meta Description alongside with Rich HTML Text Editor to add content to the " about this playlist " area. 2 . Videos will be added from admin panel by copy/paste YouTube video URL and will be added into specific Playlist with the ability to arrange videos. 3 . Visitors will be able to rate every video with " Yes " or " No " the more Yes it take the more it stay at the beginning of the playlist the more No it takes the more it moves backward to the end of the playlist. " Rating should be restricted by IP " once per video. 4 . Simple commenting system will be integrated we can use disqus if it's appropriate to the layout, comments must be approved from the admin panel before publishing. 5 . Visitors can add their videos through simple form and admin must approve it from admin panel before it went live. 6 . With every video the page will reload itself to auto play the next video . 7 .
