Hi! One solution is to have a VBA enabled excel file. You can paste the data from csv file into excel spreadsheet and then a click of button will create pdf files from the data you just pasted in. I can send you sample file as well. Thanks

You want a command line tool where you specify the input CSV and at output directory where all PDFs are produced. 3.
