I need a software that allows you to connect a capture card to your pc ( Software will automatically detect the capture card and stream the gameplay to the software where the user will be able to record the gameplay and save it. ) This software should also allow you to connect a microphone to it and record your voice and gameplay. Then the user should be able to edit the video ( Only Cuts, add sound effects, and copy paste clips ) and export it with a file to be uploaded to youtube.

Hello, I have over 6+ years of experience in C/C++ programming over linux systems. We can use alsa-lib to capture data from card and ffmpeg can be used to re-encode it, cut clips or add audio clips. Please let me know few more details about your project requirements. Price qouted is negotiable.

Wirecast can record when you play game and sound from your mic. When your have video recorded you can edit, cut, add sound.... with Adobe Perimiere software. If you want i can help you with $3700
