Cellular phone unlocking website - open to bidding

we want to build a new website to sell mobile phone unlocking code. and also selling phone accessories. this site should able to sent all the order info via API to another API server for processing the order. sample site will be given for reference to quote . the site should intergrade with blog . tweeter,Facebook. + simple SEO this website will be quite simple and strait forward. We have already done most of the work (see [login to view URL]) we need a few more customization as well as editing with CSS/HTML.
