Greetings, I have read Project Description & can you please provide me UR of your existing website? Bootstrap is fine but you want to stick to ASP or ASP.NET? I would suggest that you go for PHP/MySQL using some framework or WordPress but I am flexible, as we have a team in house working on different technologies.
