I'm an experienced PHP programmer. If you want your text in Spanish to be converted to audio then I can use Amazon Polly API to convert your text to audio files. If instead you want to transcribe text out of audio files then I can use Google Speech API to automatically convert your audio files to text. I can create a script in PHP for you that will use Google's Speech API to convert your Spanish voice files to text which you can then use in whatever way you wanted. I can even create an htaccess file for you that will prevent web server from sending the mp3 files to user's browser, instead the server invokes PHP script to generate text content using the aforementioned Speech API.
