Converting Latex text to speech

Converting LATEX text to speech. The final file should include the following four things: 1. Converting plain English to speech 2. Converting Math to speech 3. Converting equations and symbols to speech 4. Converting tables to speech while outputting relevant rows and columns. The purpose is to create a software which can relay this type of written information to the blind by converting it to speech. A proper step by step documentation/report of all the work done is required. I also require a daily report of the work done.
