1. Create a web/software application that allows a user to sign in to his LinkedIn profile. 2. Upon signing in, fetch and display connection list with checkboxes for each item. 3. Also allows creating/saving/retrieving message template. 4. Upon hitting "Send" button, parse and send message to selected LinkedIn connection. 5. That's it! Easy.
