Create PHP Script to connect to Parsehub

We have a wordpress based website that shows products with offers from other ecommerce sites. We need someone whom familiar with Parsehub API to: 1) create a script (not plugin unless easier) that use links from our posts and update on certain period (say weekly basis) the latest RRP and offer price for that particular product 2) if RRP found but the above offer price cannot be found due to offer ended, the wordpress post status to be checked and if current status is "publish" it shall be changed from publish -> draft. 3) similarly as in step 2 if the above offer price found and updated, the wordpress post status to be checked and if current status is "draft" it shall be changed from draft -> publish. The script can be standalone where it only access database and make changes to DB instead of through wordpress functions. Let me also if any disadvantages of this method.
