Create Script to Push Notifications to MailChimp Lists

The objectives are: 1) create MySQL database with table to save new users (unique) from access/registers from "endpoints" and "webhook" tables (where there are logs of accesses as a logger). Contain: a) Photo; b) text; c) name of shop; d) address; e) email; f) phone number; g) control number (automatic) of registers; and h) date and time/hour (automatic); i) SSID or ID for Network WiFi; j) field or fields Whatever else it takes to function; 2) create WEBPAGE (with login and password) to us for Administrate user config/input (the PHP script) with defaults informations described above: a)name of shop; b) address; c) email; d) phone number; e) Token or tokens/API Key (hide for user, unhide for us/admin) to connect to List or lists from MAILCHIMP. You will need to create the MySQL database to receive this, Or use the maid / quoted in the previous item. This webpage have the goal to admin access the users informations and input API KEYs for our Clients (oweners os mailchimp's accounts). These fields with the API Keys/tokens will only be viewed and accessed by ADMIN users of the system (us); 3) create a trigger to send new user to lists inside mailchimp using API Key for each mailchimp account; 4) There are more details that must be configured in the API so that the connection between the webpage and the mailchimp will meet, however we do not know exactly what they are at the moment, so they will be adjusted / requested at the time of the tests.
