Create a Template for OpenClassifieds (PHP)

PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE PROJECT DESCRIPTION BEFORE BIDDING; IT'S VERY OBVIOUS WHEN YOU DON'T READ THE PROJECT DESCRIPTION. THIS IS NOT A "PSD TO HTML" PROJECT! A full time PHP developer will oversee your project and can help you with any technical questions you may have. We have a HTML mockup that is meant for "OsClass" which is a classifieds script. We would like it converted to Open Classifeids ([login to view URL]) theme format. Open Classifieds themes are PHP+Bootstrap based. A large portion of this project will be CSS editing. The rest will be going through each part of the Open Classifieds template and converting it to a new look and feel based on the "patricia" theme. Your work flow will likely look something like this: - Create a simple HTML mockup (header/footer) based on our Mockup - Make a copy of the "default" Open Classifieds - Go through the "default" open classifieds theme and add / convert the "default" theme to reflect the look and feel of our mockup. This will require very light knowledge of PHP (loops, etc). The themes are similar to, for example, Wordpress themes. It's mostly HTML/CSS, but you'll need to know PHP, just like Wordpress themes. Our "mockup" is an existing template for a DIFFERENT piece of software. We do not have PSDs. Please read: We have an EXISTING HTML mockup. We need it converted to be used in OpenClassifieds ([login to view URL]). You will be provided with FTP access to a blank, freshly installed Open Classifieds install with the default template. Please see this link: [login to view URL] For proof that it is quite easy to make complex, rich themes for Open Classifieds with ease. If you have read this far please put the word "hiccup" in your proposal so I know you actually read the details. It is your responsibility to understand the scope of the project. I do want to point out, if you research this project's scope adequately and download OpenClassifieds, in the "/themes/default/views/" directory, you will see a directory called "oc-panel" (/themes/default/views/oc-panel). These are for the root administration panel (i.e. staff only panel) and do not need to be touched for our purposes. To recap, the entire scope of the project is: To create a theme based heavily on the "patricia" theme linked above; to a theme for use in Open Classifieds. It does NOT have to be a 1:1 copy by any means. The patricia theme is meant only for a good example. It does NOT, and in fact should not, be a 1:1 pixel-perfect copy of the patricia theme. The patricia theme is only meant for a guide.
