Create a WordPress Template

My rquirements - Wordpress platform with woocommerce (if possible) - Language file so that I can translate it to norwegian - Change layout for the badges in admin section - Customer choose an predefined badge - Typing in name and phonenumber - Get an preview of the layout with typed in name/phonenumber - Add to cart by choosing numbers of badges (ex. 10, 20, 30, 40....) - Check out with payment - PDF file with the selected layout and name/phonenuber ready for printing available in admin section and sent to admin email The products and pages are not yet ready. I will manage the products and pages by my self later on. Included in the job is one test product with the functionality listed above. If you look at the pages under you can see the funktionality that I´m looking for. I want fixed badges with fixed text fields.
