Create a Wordpress Template - Company Portfolio website

We want a a Wordpress website to be developed from scratch. The website is for a Videographer Agency and will involve these pages: 1. Home Page (containing all the featured images and entries) 2. Our Work Page (containing the work done, images linking to videos). Work would be further categorized into some categories categories 3. About Us page 4. Our clients page (alphabetical sorting of our clients) 5. Contact us Page Videos would be hosted on Vimeo or Youtube (Not stored on the web server). We want the design to be Responsive (for Mobile Platform). Don't waste time by copy pasting bids. Just post links to a verifyable Wordpress portfolio. Basic requirements: 1. Website needs to be responsive 2. W3C compliant 3. Content will be provided and you need to load it 4. PSDs for Desktop design will be provided (along with PNGs for iPhone and iPad size) 5.
