Create a Wordpress Template for a news website

We need a wordpress template for an online news website. The company already has wordpress and have been using it for the last three years. We need a new theme for the site. - The theme has to present a unique image for us. This includes colors, header orientation, top Slider template, Article structure view...etc - The theme has to be RTL and support Arabic Language - The theme should include advanced Menus with Images - The theme should include Video and Picture Galleries - The theme should include Weather plugin according to visitors location The Current Environment has to be migrated to the new theme by the end of the project. It has - around 40GB of Images - 1.5G DB - Deployed on two dedicated servers - Connected to Cloudflare
