Create multi coloured image from file of hex codes

I need a php file, [login to view URL] that does the following. From a text file that contains a list of 500 hex codes, example below: Black#000000 Black#000000/Graphite#2E312E Black#000000/Graphite#3B3B3B Black#000000/Grey#B0A59B Classic Red#B50043/Black#000000 French Navy#002566/Black#000000/White#FFFFFF French Navy#002566/White#FFFFFF Fuchsia#F20DFF/Black#000000/Light Grey#999999 Graphite#3B3B3B/Black#000000/White#FFFFFF Lime#94FF3D/Black#000000 Natural#FFF0B3 Red#F5002F/Black#000000/White#FFFFFF Royal#000CC7/Black#000000 Royal#0048E0/Black#000000/White#FFFFFF Sapphire#0061ED/Black#000000/Light Grey#999999 White#FFFFFF/Black#000000 I want to go to a web page and do the following: Enter image size to be created default is 200px x 50px Upload the text file to "upload" directory on my server. Create image from the hex codes. Where the line has one hex code example Black#000000 then the image is all black Where the line has 2 hex codes example, Classic Red#B50043/Black#000000 then the image is red and black Where the line has 3 hex codes like Fuchsia#F20DFF/Black#000000/Light Grey#999999 Then the file has 3 colours. each file should be saved to a folder call hex and files to be named: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] fuchsia_f20dff-black_000000-light grey_999999 See attached Image
