Cryptocurrancy ICO

I would like to create a cryptocurrancy ICO based on Ethereum. As part of this project you must be and expert in Solidity and have created tokens before. The first part of the project is the definition phase where we come to an agreement on which parts you can do and the costs associated with it. The next phase will allow more money to be spent on the project through expanded work and testing and correspondingly increased prices per milestone. Please provide examples of previous ICO work.
