Custom Drupal 7 Form and view

I am developing a drupal 7 module, I need help in small task for that module, the task in details is as follows: 1- open the module file create a function to add patient information to a custom database (clinic_patients) table not used by drupal. 2- create a view based on the patients table (clinic_patients) to list all patient information with filter on each field. 3- add delete/edit functions to the module file so in the view there is a link to edit and delete any record from the database 4- easy URL is no enabled on the Drupal site so I need to enable it and make sure that all functions add/edit/delete patient is working on easy URL path. the 3 functions (add/edit/delete) and the view should be finished in one day with max. budget of $40
