Customise Wordpress Woocommerce/Smart Reporter Feature

Hi. I am running a Wordpress site with Woocommerce, Smart Reporter and Woocommerce Point Of Sale. I am looking for someone familiar with Woocommerce (and ideally Smart Reporter) to write code to report the attachment rate of cross-sells on certain (choosable) products per staff member and display them on the Woocommerce Point Of Sale main window as well as provide and option to generate reports. The report criteria will be: All staff attach rate per product (choosable products & time frame) Individual staff attach rate per product (choosable products & time frame) The idea is to track how well staff are attaching certain products. For example, if one staff member sell a coffee - I want to track if they succesfully offered a $.050 flavouring and what their percentage of attachment to coffee is. So it will only report on attachment of flavouring to coffee but not on products where flavouring cannot be cross-sold. I imagine using tags to associate the products together would be best, but if you feel there's a better way I'm open to suggestions. Looking for someone to help develop this site over the next few months so please be reasonable with pricing.
