We have a website and need to customize an Arabic Pligg template so the theme and positioning is all proper in Arabic (right-to-left...etc). We have purchased this theme: [login to view URL] Blue Expected outcome is production-level functioning website. The website is simply a technology news aggregator in Arabic. It has to look exactly like the template above (but in Arabic). translations of the menus should be included. The website has to also be responsive and works in all modern browsers An Arabic speaker developer is required.
