Hello Sir, I have checked your requirement and the two images too. I will reorder the elements as shown in the image and on the admin end you can configure the discount percent for together sold products based on total. This will be implemented on front end. Also for the configurable products customers can choose the options after pressing the add to cart button in the pop up and can then move to cart page.
