Develop a very simple Adobe Premier plugin

Hello, I have been working as freelancer since last ~ 2.5 years,prior to this was working with a MNC as an Sr. Software Professional. We have worked in past too.. I will be starting to learn how to develop Adobe Plugins if you tell me to work on this.. The project is Product based development and integration of the product with various already existing Products and processes..
