Okay so let me see how I can explain this.... I am currenly using Google, Yahoo or Ixquick to find new listings that are showing up in a directory listing (example: Site: [login to view URL] "Criteria" "Criteria") . The directory listing publishes new information on a daily basis. I pull two specific criterias from this site. Im trying to make my job easier by having a system that can pull the newest listing or help me pull the newset listing without doing 20 differnt searched on "google" and clicking on every single results page. My problem is that other people are pulling this information too and I need to be the first one to have the information. My current way is to slow and time consuming and I'm not always sure that I'm getting access to the newest data.

Greetings, I have gone through your project details and very much understood, that you want the System to fetching URLs of latest listing sites or scrapping tool using specific "Criteria" or "Keyword". Hello, I do make similar programs which work automatically based on the schedular and grab the content from your search and store in local database and you can easily able to export to CSV. Lets discuss more. FYI, "Online Lead Finder" is the one I am working on since last few years!
