Hybrid eCommerce app

We would like to sell some FMCG products wholesale to retailers. The app should support Android, iOS, Windows mobile. The back end system should developed with bootstrap 3 or higher version with PHP7 compatible. It should be lightning fast. UI should be unique and super App Flow User tap on app launcher icon. Splash screen open User login screen. If not registered, let user login. in registration process ask user to upload verification document images / scan copy. Eg. Aadhar card, Pan, business registration. in registration process ask user to put his name, mobile number, email ( optional ) business name, business address, type of business. We will have pre registered location list in backed. if user location is not available, after registration ask user we will notify after availability Every user needs approval of admin. admin will verify manually. After login there will be home screen. Home screen will have image slider. image slider will populate based on location. Then show category. After tapping on category it should open subcategory. If sub category not present, it should populate list of products. After tapping sub category, it should populate list of products. User can view original price,discounted price, image, unit. And if tap on product, it should show details of products with all fields and description User can add to cart products. Checkout There should be coupon system. Admin can add coupon and coupon and it should be location specific. There should be delivery charge based on total amount. There should be cash on delivery & online payment option. Online payment should be in webview. User can update their profile. User can check their previous orders. User can rate app. There should be point system. User can use point in checkout. There should be push notification system. There should be contact us screen. Phone number, email, address should be managed by admin There should be about us and FAQ screen
