Write some Software

Am building and examination question bank system and am looking for a freelancer to work with on this project. This is a strictly custom web project to be developed on top of codeigniter. Please note: before you bid for this project kindly make sure you are in the GMT+3 timezone because i am currently in Uganda and i can only work during day most of the time and so i need services of freelancer willing to work within that time so we don’t end up working late hours at night because of the difference in time zones. The following summarises the expected features / deliverable to make. - structuring of the backend database schema for the system - question composure and management function - ability to edit or modify the questions before they are fully accepted into system (basically this is like a workflow for the examiners to exchange ideas on a single question before its approved into the question bank) - grading and categorising of the questions entered into the system - ability to import questions directly from external resources such as word, excel or from CSV file - ability to have different types of questions (currently we are looking at having 3 types of questions i.e: MCQ or objectives, fill in blanks, and Essays ) - each question will have a corresponding marking guide only visible/printable to/by the administrators - the system should have a functions for sorting and grading of question using specific criteria - internal feedback and communication for the examiner with user accounts to the system so they can communicate (simple communication like comment facility) - the system should be able to administer examination online or as a stand alone in a printable format - access control levels for the different users that will able to access the system - the system should be able to generate an examination by choosing randomly from the questions in the bank and then generate an exam set that has three sections A,B and C ability to preview the generated paper set - write a simple user manual - must have a help facility containing the contents in the user manual At the end of it all the system must be able to generate an exam set that is printable, i will be able to provide the detailed documents of the actual format of the exam as expected, the sections/categories required, a detailed matrix of the components of the exams at the different levels i.e (certificate exam, diploma exam and higher diploma exam format) Am willing to work close the developer so that we have a common understanding of the system and as well provide him/her with the required document for the project. The project is urgent and i have a maximum of four weeks to complete this project.
