Write some php Software for check codes of paysafecard in their web solving captcha

I need to check balance of paysafecard codes that we have in a txt or xls, solving the captcha of the web [login to view URL] After check all the codes, we need a file with each code/balance available and, if hasnt got balance, the date and web that where they were used. The paysafecardweb gives all this info. We have got some code write but we cant solve the captcha automatically. If you can use this code perfect, if not, write you own code. We need a php web where we have upload the txt or xls and after check all, the page give as the option to download the file with checked codes. Our max budget is 100$
