Need a program can access and make action on eBay Return, Resolution Center and eBay Messages Requirement: 1. Display the Return, Resolution Center and Messages page. 2. Can access to each Return, Resolution Center and Messages to read, post/reply comment and take action. 3. Permission to Return, Resolution Center and Messages only (not to entire ebay login pages). 4. The program has the option for me to change ebay user ID and password to work with different eBay account. 5.
