Admin Panel for Matrimonial Portal Website

Hi, I am having matrimonial portal website. Front-end is ready. I need to develop admin panel (back-end). Attached are the features I expect to have in admin panel. Duration: 3 weeks max. Budget: 300 $ - I will follow the milestones payments - Once a milestone is completed, results must be shown in my server before releasing the payment. Budget and time-frame is fixed.
