Hello client Greetings from India. Your Requirements. 1. Mobile app that captures employees in and out times using a employees pin and takes a photo at the same time. ( QUESTION - YOU WANT THE APP TO BE INSTALLED ON EMPLOYEE MOBILE OR AT YOUR ENTRY GATE ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT ARE YOU ONLY LOOKING FOR ANDROID OR BOTH IOS AND ANDROID) 2. The app will need to integrate with our web server on which it will store the data and act as a web based interface by which we can create/update employee records, track and draw time sheet reports and post updated to the device/s.( QUESTION - NEED TO DISCUSS MORE ABOUT THIS POINT AND THE REPORTS AS NEEDED) 3. We will require the source code on completion and that the source be well documented/commented to aid with troubleshooting later should it be required. ( NO ISSUES WITH THIS POINT ) 5. Our server is linux based so we would imagine that the list of skills required will include java, javascript, html5, css, mysql, php and perhaps angular js. If a cms is to be used we will only consider using wordpress. ( NO ISSUES WITH THIS POINT ) BUT we need to discuss your APP requirement in bit more details before we come up with actual time and cost estimate. We do not need any upfront payment and would request you to just create a milestone and can release it once satisfied.
