Android Project Menu Selection and PDf generation

We want an app developed that will have various restaurant menu items maybe 200-300 with their prices. These items will be grouped as Veg, Non-Veg, Chinese, Italian, etc. Users will start the app and the app will be authenticated by a server using HTTP Request for validity. Server coding is not in the scope of this project. Once the App is authenticated, the users enter their names, address, and mobile number. Users will select the items they want from the checkboxes list and the totals will show on the top with taxes. There will also be Combo Offers which users can select along with other items. The users can view the breakup of the Combo Offer. Delivery charges will depend on the number of items to be set like $10 for every 10 items. There will also be a fixed Service charge. Finally once the user selects his items and clicks OK he will be shown a bill page which will have pricing for all items selected + Delivery charges + service charges + Taxes. When the users Confirms, the mobile number will be verified by OTP. A PDF file will automatically be generated and sent to a predefined Email Id. A copy of the PDF will also be saved on the phone. Deliverables will be the final APK with all the source code. Coding must be with Android Studio 3 or higher.
