develop an application project to manage the workings of a cyber cafe, provide timing for each user of each system, to the customer. the system will have several functions such as the capability to record the time spent on internet usage for every machine in the cyber cafe, once a user is logged into the computer, the system should be able to trace every sites visited by the user and a billing system that presents the user with the amount to be paid, once the user logs out.
