A company is running Asterisk with an onboarding system. We are looking for an engineer who can support Asterisk and Kamalieo system in the cloud. Engineer is required to set up an onboarding system for clients and support them on daily basis. Here is the following job scope. 1) To set up and maintain an onboarding system that allows a user to sign up online and create their own extension, lines and phone system configuration 2) To setup an infrastructure that supports security, quick SIP registration with a proxy, easy call routing management, multi-tenant PBX for each user sign up and billing system ready for online payment 3) Integration with CRM. Technology expertise 1) The engineer must possess good knowledge of Asterisk and Kamailio system 2) The engineer must have an in-depth knowledge of SIP layers 3) The engineer must be able to understand and troubleshoot systems such as FreePBX and A2billing instantly 4) The engineer must be able to create a good security on the system 5) The engineer must have good web development knowledge for creating an online system with the telephony system 6) The engineer must have a basic understanding of CRM system and can integrate Asterisk or telephone with CRM. Engineer hired will embarked into support Asterisk related systems and maintain cloud system.
