Hi, I am an experienced voip professional having 12 year experience with Asterisk and other open source telecommunication projects. The issue you mentioned is very common with VoIP system. It can be a result of couple things like firewall / network, codecs or something got corrupt with your pbx. I am fully capable to detect and fix this regardless what is the cause.
