Basic Web Based Clock-In Clock-Out (Timesheet)

I have expertise and experience in developing custom web applications in PHP and MySql. I have read through your requirements and am confident of delivering well. I have developed similar type of applications for two clients. I do have some queries: here will be total 2 levels users: single Admin and multiple SubContractors Send Customised Messages to Particular Users - by this do you mean a form where you will type some message and that will be sent as email to sub contractors or something else? Ability to Export the Hours submitted, both individually or as a group. - export as excel or pdf? Clock-In / Clock-out using a single Button - OK, but the rest of the filed in the form such as Project, Task etc still need to be manually filled in / selected ? At a time in a form Sub-contractor can enter and submit a single day, single task, single Project ? All that is mentioned for SubContractor is part of a single form only? Then there will also be a listing page that will show all data submitted previously. Can Sub-contractor modify data once posted ? I will need above points addressed before I start work. I will also need hosting server access to host the application. I am presuming that the layout/ forms will be functional by way of design? It will help if we can chat.
