Bitmex trading bot

I need a Bitmex trading bot that will use the API and make trading according to signals given in a Telegram channel. This will be written in PHP and will be a web based service. There will be an admin panel where user information is entered. There will a customer panel where customer enters trade size, take profit percentage and stop loss percentage. When a signal is given on Telegram, bot will execute the orders on all accounts using the stop loss and take profit percentages given.
