Build an affiliate marketing website

Statement of Work: The Discount Gear Shopper (DGS) is a project that is designed to allow users to a website to shop and compare different gear sites/manufactures to find the best price for their gear purchase. This will be accomplished through an affiliate marketing network (avant link). By creating a clean and clear 1 page, mobile friendly/responsive site, we hope to brand our selves as a leader in the outdoor gear shopping websites (ex: “kayak of gear”). We also need a way to track and confirm the click-throughs and sales, to confirm our numbers against the affiliate sites. Project Scope Description: This product should be a simple and easy to use single landing page website that allows the users to search by keyword or use selected categories or brands to find the products they are looking for. This should be a visually stimulating experience with functionality integrated seamlessly through out the design. The user should also be able to see reviews and detailed product info through the search. The site is going to be in competition with another gear site ([login to view URL]), the functionality and formatting can serve as a reference for initial concept development. We can implement a visually impressive responsive design which will allow for a quick, easy, and visually enjoyable gear shopping experience across any platform. By comparing not only gear affiliate marketing partners, but Amazon and Ebay, and “all of craigslist”. We will have New, Used, and Craigslist tabs for any of the keywords the user searches.
