Build a balustrade specification program

We are a balustrade company that currently uses a program that was developed in 2004 but has become unwieldy and cumbersome to update in the backend with some of the new extrusions and components for new styles we are looking to take to market. This program which works through an iframe on our website, allows our network of Fabricators to measure out, define and order a list of material for installing our products at a given site's configuration to the space on a deck, balcony, or anywhere a fall is prevented including pool fencing. The liability in this is paramount and therefore the measurements and tolerances need to be exact and are unforgiving. We are looking for a software designer/developer candidate who is highly experienced with parametric design to develop a program similar to one we stumbled across for a decking company show in the video in the following link, [login to view URL] The freelancer we are looking to employ will need the skills to build a flexible system that can achieve a 3D render along numerous, varying planes of degree with various heights/widths/lengths, and multiple infill types, that were input from a user on the front end to ultimately output DXF/DWG files with assembly & installation instructions. The wall, window, door, and additional features from the link above are not that important however having variables such as PostType, Infill, RailType, Height, and WindSpeed are critical in helping the Fabricator make the correct indication for material to be cut and supplied from our factory team.
