Build a data mining website

I need to have a web application built that can query domain names and detail information about those domain names. Very similar in nature to (Replace the "-DOT-" with a "." in order to view the domain properly): toolbar.netcraft-DOT-com/site_report robtex-DOT-com I don't really care what framework you use to build this: - CodeIgniter - CakePHP - Django - Ruby on Rails REQUIREMENT 1 The app must be able to pull the following types of data for each URL given: - DNS records (A, PTR, SOA, MX, CNAME, NS) - Network Information (Autonomous System) REQUIREMENT 2: The app must be able to create a network topology map like the robtex website does. REQUIREMENT 3: This application will have a wordpress front-end and must support login via wordpress REQUIREMENT 4: The developer hired must have good English and be willing to communicate via Skype throughout the entire development process. Keep your bid under $100USD, as this project will be what I use to judge your work ethic, and technical proficiency. I have 11 other development projects including continued development of this project. Bids over $100 will not be considered. Do not waste your time or mine.
