Build a lightweight banking web application for account processes automation( for demonstration/presentation purposes)

It is more of a personal account manager programme to ‘fix’ (temporarily save) part of the income in your bank account for a selected period of time ranging from a month to a year. The major duties of this banking user portal is to: 1. Give opportunity for bank account owners (most importantly salary earners) to manage their finances and be able to automate a direct debit from their monthly salary to meet a target amount over a specified period of time. This should be a one-time transaction 2. The money in the target account should at no time be accessible to the users of the platform unless they are fined a percentage of their savings. 3. Users should be notified of subsequent auto debits transactions through push notifications after the initial account setup. For people on a weekly, monthly salary scheme, a ‘command’ would be given through your account manager to ‘fix’ a certain percentage to meet your target in future, for example if you are earning #200, 000 a month and you have to pay your ward’s school fees of #75,000 in 3months time and your rent 0f #600,000 in 12months time, depending on your expenditure profile you can set aside let’s say #25,000/month for school fees and ‘fix’ it as it comes and #50,000 for rent, so at the end of the month you’ll have #125,000 accessible income, after the 3months for the school fees has elapsed you’ll then have #150,000 accessible income barring any other ‘fix command’, NOTE; during the period of ‘fixing’ you’ll NOT be able to withdraw the money fixed. Note: A new savings or checking account will not be opened for the amount of money that needs to be temporarily saved, instead a "target account" will be opened for the automatic debit of the chosen amount to be debited from the main savings/checking account per the frequency chosen, be it monthly or bi-monthly.
